Valuations and money

The acquisition baseline captures analyzer estimates at purchase time. Re-analysis appends a new snapshot rather than rewriting history. Estimate-to-actual resale comparisons require compatible currencies; resale error is actual gross minus estimated resale. Profit-estimate error is withheld because estimated gross profit and incomplete recorded profit are not equivalent facts.

Acquisition cost is stored as integer USD cents. Marketplace values use exact decimal/scaled amounts with explicit currency. Flipper does not convert currencies. Asking price, estimated resale, gross sale proceeds, payout, and realized profit are different concepts and are labeled accordingly.
